The company requires a record of their Account Holders in their system to be easily accessed and referenced as needed. The process for recording the Account Holder details had previously been manually entered into the system using a human operator.
Blackbook used an RPA Robot to create an email process that mails the relevant Account Holder items to the company’s system in the form of a transaction. Once the system receives the item in the queue, the robot receives it and incorporates the relevant Account Holder information into the system.
